Typically, the Milwaukee County Zoo is an attraction for families with small children, but some business executives in the area set out to change that with the annual Zoo Ball.
From Milwaukee Business Journal:
More than 700 Milwaukee-area business executives spent quality time at the Milwaukee County Zoo Saturday evening checking out some of the animals and raising money for the Zoological Society of Milwaukee’s educational programs. See the attached slideshow put together by Milwaukee Business Journal freelance photographer Kenny Yoo to see photos from the popular event.
The Zoo Ball, held for the 33rd straight year, has raised more than $9 million over the years to support the Zoological Society and its efforts to conserve endangered species, to educate the public about wildlife and the environment, and to support the zoo.
