It’s almost fall season, school is back in session, soon the leaves will be changing, pumpkins will be out and apples will be ready, which means, apple picking season is here.
Apple Holler, an apple orchard in Sturtevant, is kicking off its’ apple picking season this weekend.
Metroparent Magazine reports:
“Fall is almost upon us, and so it’s appropriate to start thinking about fun autumn activities. Chief among those is apple picking, and the folks at Apple Holler are ready to kick off the season this Saturday with their twelfth annual Orchard Walk.
Not only does the Orchard Walk give families the chance to enjoy an all-you-can-eat apple pancake breakfast, go on a mile-long morning walk through the orchard (or a tractor-drawn wagon ride if you’d prefer) and pick a bag of the season’s first apples, but the walk is also for a good cause.”
