Throughout the country innovations in K-12 education are transforming the way children learn and adapt to the social pressures of being in school.
Noodle, a company dedicated to increasing the efficiency and transparency in education published a list of the 41 Most Innovative K-12 Schools in America’ and a charter school in Milwaukee made the list.
Alliance School was created in 2005, and is billed as the first anti-bullying school in the United States. Alliance follows a student-centered approach to a safe and accepting learning environment. Alliance also became the first gay-friendly middle school when it added grades.
