MILWAUKEE – Waiting really isn’t a top priority for many in our society, and online retailer, Amazon, understands that.
Recently, Amazon announced their new “Prime Now” option for one-hour delivery in Milwaukee. The service option is available exclusively for Prime members, who can search through tens of thousands of items and have them delivered in an hour for a $7.99 fee, and Amazon Prime members still receive free two-hour delivery.

“Not only does Prime Now offer customers convenient delivery of tens of thousands of items, the service is really about giving time back to Prime members to do the things they really want,” said Stephenie Landry, vice president of Prime Now worldwide. “Sometimes you don’t have time to make it to the store or maybe you just don’t want to. Prime Now is your one-stop shop for everything from cereal to pet food to an Amazon Echo all delivered right to your door with free two-hour delivery.”
Amazon opened it’s fulfillment center in Kenosha in October of 2015, where more than 1,500 people are now employed.
