Under the current provisions of the Republican plan to replace the Affordable Care Act, Planned Parenthood centers in Wisconsin could close nearly all of their family-planning clinics, without the ability to bill Medicaid.
In Wisconsin, 60 percent of patients at Planned Parenthood are covered by a Medicaid program, and government relations director, Nicole Safar said there’s no way to fill that gap.
